Students from CWU often visit Leavenworth as a weekend getaway during Fall and Winter quarters. There is lots of fun shopping and eating opportunities that differ from those in Ellensburg.

The CWU cross country team will be headed to the NCAA West Regional Championship meet on Nov. 17. At the GNAC Championships, the men and women both earned themselves fifth place team finished.
