The cast surrounding Scrooge, played by Vallie, a CWU student majoring in BFA in Musical Theatre.
“A Christmas Carol” had its first showing on Nov. 17 and continued having their performances each weekend (with the exception of the Thanksgiving weekend) until their last show on Dec. 3.
The show was held in McConnell Auditorium, with tickets ranging from $10 per child, $15 per CWU student and $20 per adult.
According to the CWU Theatre and Film Instagram page, “A Christmas Carol” highlights the importance of “how a community can be impacted by an individual.” The show captured the power of a community coming together.
