A third long-term care facility in Kittitas County has confirmed cases of COVID-19. The county’s Incident Management Team (IMT) was notified of two residents of Pacifica Senior Living in Ellensburg who tested positive. In response, the IMT will be conducting mass testing at the facility on July 17.

The IMT also received reports of four additional positive cases from Prestige Post-Acute and Rehab, three residents and one staff member. Mass testing was done at Prestige Post-Acute on July 13, and the IMT expects more positive results associated with this facility when test results are returned.

The Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) is reporting all patients are stable at this time.

Mass testing at the Meadows Place Assisted Living Community has concluded, and only two positive tests are associated with the facility.

As of July 14, Kittitas County has 40 confirmed positive cases of COVID-19, with 252 tests pending results. Of the county’s total 211 confirmed cases, 171 are considered recovered. The county reports zero deaths related to COVID-19. All data is pulled from the Kittitas County Community Impact Dashboard.
