There is a new holiday on Feb. 13, one that takes the pressure off single ladies going into Valentine’s Day. 

“Galentine’s Day” is about female friendships, and since the idea debuted in a 2010 episode of NBC’s Parks and Recreation, women throughout the nation are celebrating this made-up holiday.
