DEADLINES: Ad space is to be reserved no later than the Friday prior to the edition you’d like to run in. Approved Art is required by end of business Monday the week of the publication.
***Special summer edition has an earlier deadline–it follows the same schedule for production as the final spring issue.

- $155.00 = Quarter page: 4.79″ x 8″

Make good policy: In order for any advertisement to be considered for any credit or make good offer, the advertising manager must be notified within 5 working days of the publication of the ad. Liability of the Observer shall not exceed the cost of the advertising space in which the error occurred, and credit may be given for the first incorrect insertion only. Minor spelling errors will not qualify for make good ads.
Terms: Billing privileges are at the discretion of the Observer, unless credit has been established with approved credit application. The Observer will impose financing and late charges (including collection expenses) if account is delinquent more than 60 days.
Positioning: The Observer doesn’t sell or guarantee position except for a full back page ad or double truck — this is on a first come first serve basis.
Advertising Policy: The Observer reserves the right to edit or reject any advertising deemed necessary.
